Summary: Of all the exotic astronomical objects found in our universe, perhaps none spark as much curiosity as black holes. First predicted by Albert Einstein's theory of general relativity over a century ago, astronomers have not only confirmed their existence, but also determined that most large galaxies contain a central supermassive black hole. We will delve deeper into what black holes are and the tools NASA uses to study them. Relevant instructional resources will also be included.
