Free Webinar K-12! NASA STEM: Exploring Robotics for K-12 Learners (Part 1)

FREE 1-hour Webinar

Educators in Grades K-12

Are you interested in learning how NASA is using robots to prepare the way for humans to live and work on the Moon and someday Mars? Learn the importance of introducing students to robotics and engineering at a young age to build and reinforce a strong STEM pipeline. Explore several NASA engineering activities and resources for your STEM classrooms. The first webinar in the series will feature NASA software engineer/roboticist Kurt Leucht and NASA STEM education specialist Dr. Samuel Garcia. Leucht and Garcia will introduce participants to robotics, give examples of robotics in everyday life, share a history of robotic exploration of the Moon and Mars, and describe NASA’s future plans for robotic and human exploration of both the Moon and Mars.
