Accepting Applications for Summer 2022

Summary:

NASA’s Space Life Sciences Training Program (SLSTP) is a challenging 10-week experience that pairs students with renowned NASA scientists and engineers working on cutting-edge bioscience research. SLSTP Summer 2022 will include Ames Space Biology-related projects ranging from synthetic biology to bioinformatics to machine learning and spaceflight experiments. Applicants must be U.S. citizens ages 18 or older in high academic standing (GPA of 3.2 or higher).

Note: Due to the pandemic, the 2022 internship will be held virtually. Up to 10 interns will be selected to work with individual mentors on a space biology research project.

Audience: Upcoming Junior/Senior Undergraduate Students and Recent Graduates
