Join us to learn about the different types of Unmmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) and the work NASA is doing to make UAS flight safer within the National Airspace System (NAS). For over four decades, UAV's have been a part of NASA's fleet and some of their uses have included remote sensing for Earth sciences studies, hyperspectral imaging for agriculture monitoring, tracking of storms, and serving as telecommmunications relay platforms. Participants will have access to UAS educator guides, instructional Power Point presentation, NASA STEM videos and resources.
