Summary: As part of the Artemis missions, NASA plans to land the first woman and the first person of color on the Moon. Once there, Artemis astronauts will use innovative technologies to explore more of the lunar surface than ever before. We will explore NASA's Artemis missions and learn about the Human Landing Systems designed to deliver humans to the surface of the Moon and return them safely back to lunar orbit. Participants will be introduced to the "Landing Humans on the Moon" activity guide and discover hands-on/minds-on NASA STEM resources for students. Attendees come away with instructional slideshows, videos, and links to even more standards aligned resources ready to use in the classroom or at home..
