NASA’s Office of STEM Engagement’s Minority University Research and Education Project (MUREP) is seeking proposals from Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) to strengthen and develop research capacity and infrastructure. This initiative supports NASA’s Space Technology Mission Directorate and seeks to expand and foster MSI participation in research and technology development concepts aligned with the requirements of future Artemis missions.

A pre-proposal webinar will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, from 4:00-5:00 PM Eastern Time. This webinar is for further clarification of proposal preparation and requirements as well as to answer questions from potential proposers. Proposers may also receive technical assistance from project staff at this time, including tips and guidance for submitting proposals. A recording of this webinar will be made available on the M-STAR landing page. It is recommended that participants who did not attend the first webinar review that recording which is also posted on the M-STAR landing page. Please submit all questions to NASAMSTAR@nasaprs.com.
